Pomona, CA — April 8, 2026 — The Inland Valley Humane Society & SPCA responded to a call for assistance on the 600 block of N. Park in the city of Pomona, where an animal owner proactively reached out for help after exceeding the allowable number of pets on the property. Humane and Animal Control Officers arrived on scene and worked collaboratively with the owner to safely remove over 30 cats and 2 dogs from the residence. The animals were humanely transported to the Inland Valley Humane Society & SPCA
