Rene Gonzalez was born and raised in Whittier, California, and is the eldest of seven siblings. After graduating from high school, he chose a path of service and joined the United States Marine Corps in 1998. His military career ended in 2001 after he sustained a serious spine injury from a 50-foot fall from a helicopter.

Grounded in faith and driven by determination, Rene pivoted toward a career in business. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Accounting in 2009. Shortly after graduating, he joined a reputable tax company, where he discovered a passion for educating others on financial literacy, goal setting, and building a clear path toward long-term financial freedom.
