Ms. Noriega holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University at Fullerton. Her career in water started in 2001, and with over 17 years of experience in the industry she has served in varying capacities for operations, water quality, finance and administration and executive management. In March 2016, she was given the opportunity to work with California Domestic Water Company as the Vice President/General Manager. Then in January 2018, she was appointed as President. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the San Gabriel Valley Water Association and Mujeres de la Tierra, an environmental advocacy nonprofit based in Los Angeles. Ms. Noriega is happily married to George and has two children, Damien and Audrey.
