Anti-Bully Proof Seminar Presented by Prestige

Prestige Martial Arts & Mentorship will be hosting a FREE Bully Proof seminar for the community of La Habra and our neighboring cities prior to starting the new school year. The focus of the presentation will be about nonverbal communication. We will teach the importance of good posture, eye contact and how to present themselves in a confident manner to avoid being targeted by bullying behavior.

The presentation will result in all students treating each other with a higher level of respect and empathy. Students are taught to immediately report to a teacher in the event of witnessing bullying behavior at school rather than resorting to physical self-defense.
